Training

I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist specialising in workplace wellbeing, psychological safety and compassionate leadership. I work with organisations, HR teams and managers to deliver practical, evidence-based training that helps employees and leaders navigate difficult conversations, life-changing events and complex workplace situations with confidence and empathy.

I have proudly trained with The Foundation for Infant Loss Training and received my Train the Trainer Certification in 2025. I am therefore available to offer two different sessions which can be used as a Learn at Lunch:

Supporting Pregnancy and Infant Loss in the Workplace (1 hour)
Supporting Infertility in the Workplace (1 hour)

I also work alongside my colleague Jess Shields, who is an Executive Coach and Trainer, to deliver staff wellbeing & leadership development sessions using the Golden Compass Approach. I offer practical and engaging training sessions focused on staff wellbeing, leadership development, manager confidence and creating compassionate cultures

You can read more information about the courses I offer below
