About me

I am a trained and experienced integrative adult and child psychotherapist counsellor and trainer. My approach to therapy is to work relationally with you and offer a safe, compassionate space to allow for exploration, clarity and understanding, I understand the need that we all have to feel seen, valued and heard.

My Approach

Talking therapy is at the heart of my work, but I also offer creative ways of exploring thoughts and feelings, including play, sand tray, art, and other creative activities. These approaches can help you express yourself in ways that feel more natural and comfortable when words come less easily.

We will always decide together what feels right for you, and any creative work is offered gently, collaboratively, and at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way to engage the focus is on finding the approach that best supports you.

I work with children over the age of 5, young people and adults and I offer face to face or online sessions.

If you would like to arrange a telephone conversation to discuss whether I would be the right therapist for you, please get in contact.
